How do I make a name coloring page?
Type a name, pick a letter style and a paper size, then press Make my coloring page. Download the page as a PDF or print it from your browser.
Which letter styles can I pick?
Bubble, Block, Script, Comic, Soft and Retro. Bubble, Block and Comic use capital letters. Script, Soft and Retro write the name with only the first letter in capitals. You can also add decorations around the name: Rainbow, Flowers, Space, Christmas or a Border, or None for the name alone.
How long can the name be?
Up to 12 letters. Use the letters A–Z only. Spaces, hyphens, numbers and accented letters don't work.
Which paper sizes can I print on?
US Letter and A4, upright or in landscape. The page is drawn for the size you pick, so the PDF and the printout fit the sheet.
What is in the PDF?
One page with the name in thick outlines and the decorations you picked, ready to color. The file is named after the name, for example zoe-name-coloring-page.pdf. You can also download the same page as a 300 dpi PNG or as an SVG.
Is the name coloring page generator free?
Yes. It is free to use, with no credit card and no sign-up. The pages have no watermark.
Do you store the names I type?
No. Your browser draws the page and builds the PDF. The name is not sent to our servers.
Can I use the pages in my classroom?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need at home, in a classroom, at a party or in a library. Paste a class list of up to 40 names to get one PDF with a page for each child. You can't sell the pages or republish them.
