Privacy Policy

CrayPrint (crayprint.com) is built to collect as little as possible. This page explains what happens to your data when you use the site.

The short version

• Printing never needs an account. Accounts are optional.
• No cookies, except one that keeps you signed in if you create an account. No analytics and no ads.
• Names you type stay in your browser.
• Photos you turn into coloring pages go to a third-party AI service to draw the page. We don't store them.

Names you type

The name generator, and the "Add a name" option on our coloring pages, build your page and PDF in your browser. This includes class lists. The names are not sent to our servers, and we don't store them.

Accounts

You can create a free account with Google or with a sign-in link sent to your email. If you do, we store:

• Your email address.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, your profile picture, and your Google account ID.
• For each sign-in: the time, your IP address, and your browser type. We use them to keep your account secure.

When you sign in, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not used for anything else. Your browser also remembers whether you last signed in with Google or by email, so the sign-in page can point to that option. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. We send sign-in emails through Resend, which receives your email address for that purpose. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.

You can delete your account at any time on your account page. This deletes your account, your sign-ins, and the data listed above.

Photos you upload

The photo to coloring page tool needs an account. When you use it, your browser first makes a smaller copy of your photo, without the location and camera data stored in the original file. That copy goes through our server to a third-party AI service, which draws the line art and checks that the photo and the page are suitable. We don't store the photo or the finished page. The AI service keeps them for a limited time under its own data policy, and may keep images its safety check flags for longer. We count how many pages each account makes per day, to keep the tool free.

Server logs

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data for each request, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. It uses this data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

Children

Many of our visitors are kids and the adults who print for them. Accounts are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we add a feature that collects data, we will update this page first and change the date at the top.
